**Duties**:

- using Service titan to book calls and dispatch technicians
- collect payment over the phone from customers
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures in all customer interactions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but are looking for someone who has used service titan
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
