Dispatch Clerk

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual for the positon of **Part-time Dispatch Clerk** to join our team. You will be responsible for administrative support to the Dispatch Team in order to meet service delivery expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of Grade twelve (12), with a minimum of one (1) year transportation industry experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Knowledge of LTL freight requirements.
- Proven proficiency with MS Office and experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Solid knowledge of the geography of British Columbia.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, in order to be effective in requesting and delivering information
- Customer focused; takes responsibility for meeting internal and external customer requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team; collaborating with others to achieve goals
- A positive attitude that communicates job-related issues with a constructive, problem solving approach
