As a Delivery Field Technician, the employee will install, test and repair NSM’s medical equipment, provide instructions to clients on how to properly use their products, and further assist customers if they are facing any difficulties when operating their devices either by phone or on-site. Typically, you will:

- Proactively engage with NSM clients and suppliers to deliver an outstanding service experience.
- Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs.
- Institute maintenance, service, setup and repair of customer-owned equipment both within the Branch and at the customer's home & facilities.

**Job requirements**
- Previous experience in using power and hand tools.
- A valid class 5 drivers’ license is required
- At least 2 years of experience in CRT (complex rehab technology), accessibility and mobility equipment.
- Lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces and bend frequently.
- Diagnose and solve problems based on customers’ non-technical descriptions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
