**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Draft changes to standard contract templates, negotiate, and advise on, a variety of commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Service Order Agreements
- Manage the sales support/contract administration team, maintaining compliance with internal SLAs
- Onboard and train new and existing sales support team members, as required
- Primary point of contact with external counsel to coordinate prioritization of legal requests
- Support the sales and customer success teams in the generation of contracts and management of the contract negotiation process
- Manage the end-to-end automated renewal process, coordinating with the customer success team as required
- Own the maintenance and audit processes on all contract records to facilitate data accuracy
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing contract and sales support processes
- Onboard and train new sales and customer success team members on commercial contracts process
- Manage the internal contract approval process, including routing finalized documents to the appropriate individuals/teams and managing the repository for finalized documents

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in business and/or have associated experience in the field (3-5 years' experience)
- 3+ years' experience working with commercial operations in a contracts or deal desk capacity supporting sales teams
- 2+ years' experience managing a small team (2-3 persons)
- Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with clients and internal stakeholders
- Must be skilled at working and supporting remote personnel domestically and internationally
