_We're looking for a great edition to our as an office clerk._

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**:

- Data entry
- Write notices, letters and all correspondence
- Answer the phone, take phone messages
- Make calls to trades
- Follow up on tasks in progress and started
- Ensure that the given tasks are completed
- Classification and digitization of documents
- Placement of advertisements
- any other task requested by the superior
- Balancing cash registers
- Prepare payroll
- Maintain employee files
- Send documents and information required by the accounting department

**PROFESSIONAL SKILLS**:

- Job-related experience: 1 to 2 years of experience
- Good knowledge of data entry tools and office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
- A college diploma
- Any other training and experience related to the job
- Conscientious, organized, and rigorous by nature
- A team player
- Comfortable with computer systems (Office suite)

**Salary**: $23.00-$38.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
