The mission of the Saskatchewan Science Centre is to ignite scientific curiosity and innovation in Saskatchewan communities through interactive, dynamic, and engaging opportunities. That mission has led us to be an attractive destination for tourists and families of all ages, so we pride ourselves on providing an outstanding visitor experience for anyone that comes through our doors.
We are looking for enthusiastic, fun, and motivated people who love to interact with people of all ages and can provide a positive, lasting experience with our visitors
Science Explorers are key frontline personnel who develop and maintain positive relationships with our members and visitors. The Science Explorer works alongside the Programming Team to provide a positive, engaging and amazing experience for every visitor at the Saskatchewan Science Centre and in our virtual environments. This is achieved through program delivery including stage shows, demonstrations, exhibit floor interpretation, and other special projects.
So what makes a great Science Explorer? A big, welcoming smile and a fun-loving personality We'll teach you all about our exhibit floor, how to deliver fun and engaging stage shows, and everything you need to know about our very own S.C.I.E.N.C.E. customer service principles in order to provide the best customer service in the province Science Explorers should be enthusiastic and personable, willing to actively engage with our visitors in a welcoming and friendly way.
