- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) de projets - Éthique de la recherche afin de combler un remplacement de plus de 12 mois au sein de l’équipe de la Direction des affaires universitaires, de l’enseignement et de la recherche (DAUER). L’emploi est localisé à l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale Douglas.

- Sous l’autorité de l’adjoint à la directrice de la DAUER - Éthique de la recherche, le/la titulaire du poste fournit une assistance professionnelle à la réalisation des divers mandats reliés à l’encadrement réglementaire de la recherche au sein de l’établissement. Il/elle se joindra à l’équipe dédiée aux évaluations et aux suivis des projets de recherche incluant le personnel de soutien au comité d’éthique de la recherche.- Deux autres responsabilités incomberont au ou à la titulaire du poste. La première consistera à coordonner l’aide apportée aux chercheurs, médecins, résidents et étudiants qui en feront la demande auprès de la direction des affaires universitaires, enseignement et recherche (DAUER). La deuxième consistera à assister l’adjoint à la DAUER dans la conduite de différents dossiers liés au cadre réglementaire de la recherche de l’établissement incluant la mise à niveau certaines pratiques de la recherche et les communications auprès de la communauté de chercheurs.
- À la demande de la directrice de la DAUER ou de son adjoint, le/la titulaire pourra aussi, selon les besoins, fournir un soutien aux activités de la recherche et participer à certaines initiatives développées par les centres de recherche. Il/elle disposera de l’aide d’une agente administrative dans l’exercice de ses fonctions.
- Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, de 8h à 16h, possibilité de télétravail
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le/la chargé(e) de projets:
- Travaille sur les mécanismes d’octroi de privilège de recherche et de statut de chercheur de l’établissement;
- Collabore avec les centres de recherche pour l’évaluations des compétences et des qualifications des chercheurs, médecins, résidents et étudiants;
- Détermine les critères requis pour mener différents types d’activités de recherche;
- Tient à jour les dossiers des chercheurs menant des activités de recherche au CIUSSS;
- S’assure de la mise à jour de la liste des participants tenue par chaque chercheur;
- Rédige des politiques, procédures, et règles de fonctionnement pour la DAUER et pour le CIUSSS;
- Effectue la mise à jour du contenu web concernant l’encadrement de la recherche;
- Apporte aide et conseils aux chercheurs, médecins, résidents et étudiants pour la conduite de leur recherche;
- Participe à l’effort déployé afin d’assurer une mise à jour constante du cadre réglementaire de la recherche au CIUSSS.

- Requirements :- Détient un baccalauréat en sciences humaines ou en sciences sociales, en sciences de la santé ou toute autre discipline pertinente*;
- Détient un diplôme de 2ième ou 3ième cycle dans un secteur pertinent au réseau de la santé, un atout:

- A de l’expérience en recherche clinique, fondamentale ou psychosociale soit à titre d’étudiant diplômé, soit à titre de coordonnateur de projets ou d’assistant de recherche;
