We're on the hunt for a dependable and experienced individual who's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and eager to expand their knowledge in the industry.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our shop, ensuring each customer receives top-notch service from start to finish. From warmly greeting and checking in customers to providing accurate estimates and managing invoices, your energy and attention to detail will be crucial to our success.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Welcome and check-in customers with a smile, making them feel right at home
- Handle phone calls and messages with professionalism and efficiency
- Expertly schedule appointments and maintain meticulous records
- Order and track incoming and return part inventory, ensuring we have what we need when we need it
- Communicate recommended repairs to customers in clear, understandable terms, and explain why they're necessary
- Provide accurate work order estimates, giving customers confidence in our services
- Process payments and manage invoices seamlessly
- Coordinate with couriers to order shop products and supplies, keeping our operation running smoothly
- Keep our front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with various administrative duties to support the team as needed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, and experience with shop management software like ProDemand, AutoLeap, PartsTech, Worldpac, etc., is a definite plus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Service Manager, or Automotive Technician is preferred but not required - we're looking for driven individuals ready to learn and grow

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
