**About You,**

**Responsibilities,**
- Communicating with technicians, customers, and office staff
- Ordering parts from various suppliers
- Providing purchase orders to technicians when they are picking up parts
- Maintaining good relationships with customers and vendors
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing calls as required
- Assisting the Service Manager as needed
- Assisting with parts pick up or delivery should our parts person be unavailable
**Qualifications,**
- Ability to multi-task and follow through with mínimal supervision
- 1-year relevant customer service experience
- Must be able to provide our customers an over-the-top experience.
- The ability to shift gears and change priorities
- Parts experience an asset but not required
- HVAC experience an asset but not required
- Must have a valid BC drivers license and a clean driving record
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
