Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as Treasury Client Administrator where you'll provide crucial administrative support while ensuring the smooth operation of Treasury Services. In this role, you will be involved in multitasking, anticipating needs, and collaborating with others to troubleshoot issues effectively.

You'll be the primary point of contact for communication with credit unions, customers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow. Your support will extend to coordinating conferences, managing meetings, and fostering positive relationships both within our organization and with external partners.

What you’ll be doing:

- Salesforce Management: Maintain customer/member data and manage agreements across LOBs.
- Data Management: Input, validate, and update client data in Salesforce regularly.
- Monthly Reporting: Generate product/member reports, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Contract Management: Coordinate contracts between Central 1 and credit unions and Perform procurement and contract administration duties
- Financial Support: Assist in budget preparation, monitor financial statements, and handle A/P and A/R.
- Administrative Support: Manage communications, handle expense reports, and assist with administrative tasks.
- File Management: Maintain online filing systems and coordinate archiving/storage

What you'll have:

- 2+ years of related experience and advanced understanding of Treasury products
- Proficiency in document management systems for organizing digital agreements.
- High accuracy level in agreement processing to ensure error-free operations.
- Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors regarding agreements.
- Time management to prioritize tasks, especially when handling multiple agreements or learning new software simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and quick learning of new procedures and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise and identify effective solutions.
- Adherence to data security protocols when handling sensitive information.
- Strong customer service orientation for addressing client inquiries.
- Ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously and efficiently.
- Proactively Seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to streamline the agreement management process.

**Salary**: $66,600
