**Role description**:
**Their key responsibilities and performance requirements are**:
Support customer service team members with administrative processes and requests.
Communicate with plan administrators or plan members as required.
Operational correspondence with third party vendors & service providers including the Medical Information Bureau, Dynacare and Health Care Professionals.
Operate at a high level of performance. Ability to multi-task and pivot priorities as needed and communicate effectively to achieve objectives.
Can train immediate peers with appropriate level of experience and identify and propose improvement suggestions for the benefit of team and overall department.
**What we are Looking For**:
- Excellent data entry skills; speed and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills: ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent English Level (written and verbal); French Language is an asset
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Office experience (an asset)
- Must be detailed oriented
