Job Summary:

What you'll be doing:

- Provide first rate courteous service to members, striving to increase member satisfaction with the level of service provided.
- Ensure superior member service by acting as a point of contact and trusted advisor for credit unions/clients regarding treasury and funding services.
- Promote and expand the penetration of Central 1’s services by offering a full range of financial services and funding strategies.
- Establish strong client relationships through “face-to-face” meetings.
- Develop and provide ongoing staff training as needed for various products and services.
- Proactively identify new business development opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Address client issues on a timely basis.
- Lead and coordinate internal business partners, support groups and management to deliver integrated treasury solutions.
- Provide management with market competitive intelligence including feedback on key trends, client impact and growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with other Central 1 Relationship Managers to identify cross-selling opportunities for Treasury.
- Assist the Managers to make accurate and well thought through decisions on product structures and product offerings.
- Provide backup support for Contract Management, as needed: completing and processing administrative forms; performing procurement and contract administration duties; maintaining records in CRM (Salesforce); retrieving tableau reports;
- Stay abreast of the markets by reviewing daily/weekly market reports and having discussions with the traders, to provide guidance to our credit unions/clients.
- Ensures accuracy in inputting daily tickets and prompt preparation of all assigned reports.
- Keep well abreast of industry developments to assist the Manager with advice and direction to Central 1 clients.
- Attend relevant conferences and keep up-to-date with key industry publications.
- Identify process improvements and provide direction to ensure documentation is up to date.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What you'll have:

- A university education in business or economics is preferred.
- Second to none interpersonal skills are required coupled with a history of proven sales success.
- Deep understanding of the financial markets and products gained through at least five to seven years of experience in a Treasury environment. Exposure to treasury operations is a plus. Trading experience is also a benefit.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical in this function as it has a direct impact on profitability.

**Salary**: $84,600
