The **Pay-Per-Click Specialist **role is highly collaborative, with a focus on **research, experimentation and** **developing, maintaining, and optimizing the health of campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.** This role offers **opportunity for both career and skills growth **based on performance and willingness to learn. This role requires diligence, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to self-manage multiple projects and timelines.

Your time will largely be spent working with the marketing team to develop and maintain campaigns across a wide variety of channels, focusing on relevant touch points along various customer journeys. Your primary focus will be search engine marketing and related platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc...).

Our in-house teams include specialists in: Search Engine Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, Translation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Subject Matter Expertise, Order Fulfilment, Product Development, Software Development, Web Development, Instructional Design, Classroom Training, Consulting Services, and Client Services. **This is an opportunity to work with highly cross-functional teams focused on measurable, results-driven projects.**

**The primary competencies required to be successful in this position are as follows**:

- A desire to learn and master new skills and tools
- A desire to understand and provide value to your audience by pairing relevant products and services to user intent
- Meticulous attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Copywriting & editing
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with various stakeholders across cross-functional teams

**Your role will be primarily focused on the following**:
**Search Engine Marketing (55%)**:

- Performing market research
- Writing ad copy
- Building new campaigns
- Maintaining existing campaigns
- Working collaboratively with other SEM specialists on QA, channel strategy, and performance troubleshooting

**Experimentation **(30%)**:

- Always be testing new variants of campaign strategies, ad copy, creative assets, etc...
- Testing new channels, tools, and strategies to see what works for a given market segment, and what does not

**Professional Development (15%)**
- Participating in Worksite Safety's training programs to gain first hand experience with product catalogue, market, and the problems that those products solve for our end-users
- Participate in Continuing Education courses and industry events to improve/refine and learn new skill sets
- Self-guided training on new beta programs, emerging tech, etc...

**Compensation**:
$72,000/year

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years creating and maintaining PPC campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (Quebec).
- 2+ years experience with Google Analytics
- Active Google Ads Certifications
- 2+ years copywriting experience (ad copy)

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with Meta Ads
- Experience with YouTube Advertising
- Experience with Amazon Ads
