The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a pivotal player in executing our digital marketing strategy, with astrong focus on SEO, PPC, and data-driven decision-making. You will work under the guidance of the NorthAmerican Marketing Manager and closely with our UK-based team, driving online engagement andconversions through innovative digital campaigns in both the US and Canadian markets.

Copywriting and SEO strategy: Craft compelling website content, blog posts, and ad copy, includingengaging titles and body content that drives conversion and supports our SEO efforts.
Paid digital advertising: Working closely with the global marketing team, develop a strategy to increasewebsite visits and online conversions. Help implement these strategies through A/B testing, across PPC,programmatic, retargeting, affiliate, and paid social activity.
Utilize Google Analytics for in-depth analysis of our digital campaigns, extractinginsights for strategy adjustments and monitoring the success of our initiatives.
Email marketing: Manage the audience building, content creation, A/B testing, and reporting for emailmarketing. Work closely with the CRM Manager in planning and managing high-volume, segmentedemail marketing campaigns.
Whether it’s website content, blog posts, or ad copy, you have a way with words that can turncopywriting into a conversion machine. You pride yourself on your keen eye for detail and brand voiceconsistency.
You're not just familiar with digital advertising; You understand theimportance of keyword strategy and are always up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithms, readyto apply your knowledge to our strategy and execution across PPC, SEO, and retargeting.
Your strong technical skills encompass everything from CMS and CRM systems to a basic understandingof HTML/CSS. You know how to dive into the technical aspects of digital marketing to ensure ourcampaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
You’re a data wiz at heart, curious by nature, and love delving into the numbers, with an eye for spottingpatterns and anomalies. You have a good eye for detail and data best practices and know your wayaround Google Analytics to understand our audiences and tweak our approaches for maximum impact.
You are familiar with the US and Canadian markets, and know how to create and optimize content thatspeaks to a North American audience.
