Superstars Realty is a young professional real estate brokerage which emphasizes on branding, high technology, innovative marketing, professional training and teamwork. We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Deal Assistant to join our team.
**General Description:**
The Deal Assistant ensures that the brokerage’s operations are performed in accordance with the company’s objectives and standards, with special emphasis placed upon listing and deal documentation, as well as general office keep-up and organizational duties.
The Deal Assistant will be responsible for assisting deal department and managing front desk tasks. The individual must have basic accounting background and be able to do bookkeeping tasks.
**Main Duties**:
- Input & review real estate documents
- Prepare correspondence & invoice
- Create agent’s transaction report
- Use LONEWOLF and BROKERBAY systems (Input data, retrieve MLS listing information, showing instructions, price changes, subsequent status, etc.)
- Archiving new agent’s file
- Provide general support to agents and office
- Other administrative related duties
**Benefits**:

**Working hours and salary**:
- Hourly salary of $20 (based on experience)
- Average 40 hours per week or Part-time hours
- Flexible schedule
- Available to work weekend
**Language requirement**:
Fluent in English and Chinese (preferably both Cantonese and Mandarin)
**Other Requirement**:
- Sufficient bookkeeping skill
- Minimum high school education, preferable in college/diploma
- Well organized & time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good team player and initiative
- Attention to details
- Ability to multi-task
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
