**Job Summary**
The Product Manager - Fixtures is responsible for the end-to-end success of EiKO’s lighting fixture products through a rigorous Product Lifecycle Process. Working with national and international vendors to build relevant competitive roadmaps and product offerings which solve customer problems and drive exponential growth for EiKO. Collaborating with the Marketing and Commercial partners to execute market and positioning strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Full ownership over the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for the given product line, including Product Introductions, Material master data, Phase in / Phase out processes, profitability, and more.
- Develop & communicate product strategy, plans and roadmaps
- Work with and manage vendors and partners to develop and release products that fulfil customer needs
- Conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and pricing. Translate customer feedback and market trends into clearly defined product direction.
- Market intelligence - be the expert on your customers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to gain a competitive advantage over them by solving customer problems
- Establish product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
- Run and project manage all the necessary operational duties to deliver on target and objectives especially related to NPIs (new product introductions) including activation, packaging, and positioning
- Sales enablement - Work closely with all functional departments to communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
- Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Ensure profitability of every product by finding ways to expand margin between sales and vendors.
- Regularly train, educate and support internal and external customers on your products.
- Develop, monitor and report on key quality metrics (KPIs), trends, and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or related role within the lighting or distribution markets.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
- Product lifecycle management experience
- Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical design.
- Ability to create, manage and sustain influential business relationships.
- Experience in the lighting industry and product certification UL & FCC is a plus
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a plus
- Position requires regular travel to customers and vendors
