Our client is a prominent power generator company renowned for their reliable and efficient power solutions. Serving a diverse range of industries, they are dedicated to providing top-quality products and excellent customer service. They are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to expand their customer base, build strong business relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable company solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach business goals and sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Keep updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Track sales activities and create reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Continuously refine and implement sales and negotiation strategies based on market research and competitor analyses.
- Participate in team meetings and sales training to enhance sales skills and technical knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the power generator or related industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Ability to identify lucrative business opportunities and maintain profitable client relationships.
- Knowledge of the power generator industry and its latest trends is preferred.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
