**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Customer Success & Engagement Representative to join our passionate team. As a vital member of our customer support division, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout their solar energy journey.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide detailed product information, technical support, and guidance to customers.
Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and warranty claims.
Proactively identify and address customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
Knowledge or interest in solar energy is a strong asset.
Bilingual preferred however not required
