**Responsibilities of our next Customer Service Representative**:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems quickly
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies
- Collaborate with Customer Service Representative team members to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
- Uphold company standards for customer service excellence and professionalism

**Customer Service Representative Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent
