**MAIN MISSION**:
Clear client shipments and ensure merchandise is delivered. Respond to clients’ inquiries regarding customs clearance and follow up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation, customs clearance, and classification of air, ocean, and ground shipments.
- Ensure costs related to the file are indicated on the billing document.
- Ensure the delivery of merchandise.
- Comply with the laws and regulations of the different governments and the ISO standards set out by the company.
- Resource person for clients regarding customs procedures.
- Communicate with different stakeholders in an effort to offer superior service.
- Present innovative solutions to clients.
- Communicate, without delay, pertinent information and issues to the immediate supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**Profile**:
For all levels a diploma in collegiate studies or equivalent in studies and 1 to 3 years of experience in customs clearance is required.

**Skills and Competencies Required**:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); fluency in English both orally and written; ability to communicate clearly; ability to manage stress; attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L5T 2W1
