The Client Connect (CC) team is a collection of Pods within the Client Experience Office (CXO) responsible for helping our clients achieves lifetime financial security and well-being by proactively providing personalized, useful and actionable information. The team has become a leading digital client engagement platform that is fueling the velocity of the Sun Life Canadian business units.

As a Business and Testing Analyst, you will be a part of an Agile marketing team (pod) within the Client Experience Office (CXO). Your role will be to provide professional, structured services that embrace innovative tools and techniques to enhance the quality of marketing deliverables and align with our client (member) expectations.

**What will you do?**
- Discover and analyze the business, data and IT capability needs to support new marketing campaigns
- Translate business and marketing communication needs (messaging, call to action, eligibilities) into requirements
- Update test data attributes in the appropriate database using SQL statements
- Deliver quality testing artifacts and activities in the Agile pod, when needed, such as estimates, test scenarios, test cases, test execution/validation, Ddefect management and reporting, and test reporting
- Perform pre
- Coordinate with other business groups including data, analytics and campaign design; project management; operations, and IT to move requirements towards execution
- Provide process support to the marketing agile team
- Role is split approx. 70% testing and 30% BA tasks

- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Innovative; looks for new and sometimes unconventional approaches
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with AEM and real-time decision engines
- Familiar with the creation and execution of test cases (regression, etc.)
- Leadership skills with proven ability to go above and beyond
- Experience with digital marketing in a direct marketing capacity
- Experience with digital deployment tools such as SAS and Adobe Campaign preferred
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Tester, with proven ability to match business requirements to marketing strategy
- This hybrid role requires periodic in-office attendance

- Good understanding of working in an agile environment
- Knowledge and experience in mobile testing tools such as Mobile Center or equivalent
