Reporting to the Inventory and Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of warehousing; ensuring that inventory is physically moved and tracked in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner.

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**
- Physically pulls and issues stock materials to various orders and departments.
- Reviews documentation provided to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to issuing or physically supplying materials to various individuals or departments.
- Completes necessary paperwork and data entry (InSite, EPICOR) transactions for stock movements.
- Inspects material stock locations to ensure continued suitability of location(s) for the stocked item.
- Ensures material stock locations are clearly identified as per the stock location naming convention.
- Organizes and maintains warehouse stock locations and yard areas for cleanliness and efficient material storage/layout.
- Ensures employee compliance with standard inventory practices.
- Conducts daily cycle counts of inventory. Assists in conducting complete physical inventory.
- Operates forklifts and other equipment to properly handle materials.

**Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a warehousing operation preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in forklift and Overhead Crane experience.
- Working knowledge of inventory control practices
- 5S experience, an asset.
- Proficient using computer systems (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems, experience using EPICOR is an asset.
- Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions (equipment operation, loading and unloading of materials).
- Ability to follow standard safety practices and procedures common to a warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction, and to maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly.

Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
