QUEST is recognized as a Canadian leader in the distribution and manufacturing of industrial products for critical fluid sealing processes. The wide variety of sealing solutions provided by QUEST have been important tools for many industries including the Refining, Chemical Process, and Power Generation industries.

QUEST is hiring an Inventory Controller to manage and oversee the inventory of our distribution and manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensure accuracy of inventory levels to support efficient supply chain operations.

Key Accountability Include:

- Monitoring inventory levels and support replenishing stock as needed.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Coordinating the logistics of cycle counts, stock transfers, tagging, and processing.
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
- Prepare and present inventory reports, including inventory valuation, turnover rates, and aging analysis, to management.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in inventory handling and storage.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and training programs for staff.
- Other duties as required.

Key Qualifications Include:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
- Proven experience as an inventory controller or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, best practices, and systems.
- Excellent analytical, logístical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
