**Job Title: Customer Navigator**
**Department: NB Power Residential/Business Navigators**
**Reports To: Program Coordinator/Program Managers**
**Summary**:
Thinkwell Shift is a behavior change company that specializes in resource conservation, and supporting Nova Scotians with the energy transition. We create strategies that encourage people to make lasting changes in their daily lives to conserve resources such as water, energy, and waste. In order to facilitate behavior change, we connect with customers using various strategies to guide their path. Thinkwell Shift is looking for customer service oriented individuals who are looking for a challenge, and a great learning opportunity.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Communicate and collaborate with property owners to understand energy efficiency upgrade processes and financing options.
- Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns, and provide accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, working with other departments as needed.
- Build relationships with customers and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Identify and escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at the advisor level.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with regional and national energy efficiency programs and incentives.
- Assist customers in navigating and accessing available grants, rebates, and financing supports to facilitate retrofit projects
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree/College Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably over the phone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google.

**Wage**:$20.00 an hour
**Location**:Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
