- **Head of Region** to join our growing North America Sales Team in Canada or in US, preferably in Dallas, TX, to work with

- You will work with exceptional and innovative Telematics products:

- We are a leading manufacturer of GPS products in the world and we are No. 1 in Europe with our Telematics devices. Our product portfolio grows by ~ 30% each year.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Lead, train, motivate and maintain regional sales group managers (Team Leads), representing Telematics sales in North America East & West.
- Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base;
- Take responsibility for planning and ordering of HQ Telematics profit center products;
- Direct and manage the performance and development of your team;
- Lead experienced team of up to 9 people;
- Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met;
- Expand and manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization;
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.

**WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE**:

- 3+ years of successful leadership experience to drive regional sales group managers of NA region;
- Proven experience in building and motivating high-performing sales teams;
- Extensive B2B sales experience with a track record of success;
- Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently;
- Market knowledge; experience from IoT, Telecommunication or Telematics industry would be advantage;
- Fluency in English.
