Emergency Response Team Lead

First General is a leading Insurance Restoration Company specializing in flood, wind and fire remediation and repair.
Currently, we are seeking a trained and experienced Emergency Response Lead to join our team.
A clear criminal record and a valid Driver's License are mandatory requirements.
**Job Description**:
- Lead teams on site to complete Emergency response work and ensure compliance with all safe work procedures and company regulations
- Serve as customer facing representation on site and represent the Company in a professional manner
- Supervise, train and develop staff within your crews
- Mentor field staff with planning and executing work on the job sites; as well as being available to answer questions about the work being performed
- Ensure that work is being performed safely and in accordance with the schedule expectations
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines; some after hours work will be required
- Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information
- Practice good housekeeping to ensure safe, clean and non-cluttered worksites
- Proactively communicate job and site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the jobs (and schedules) to the Project Coordinator
- Manage and maintain all Emergency Response related equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team
- 3+ years’ experience in the field
- Possess hands-on experience in working Emergency Response jobs within the industry (Insurance)
- Strong leadership skills
Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted
There is a mandatory on-call rotation, and some travel required. We are seeking career-oriented individuals. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package.
