Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. Esthetics background an asset.
- Proficient in using POS systems for retail sales transactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken in the local community
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle phone calls with professionalism
- Cashiering experience is beneficial

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and colleagues
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable, particularly if able to communicate fluently in English and another language commonly spoken in the local community
