Job Description:
Awesome Foot and Spa in Yaletown specializes in Foot Reflexology & Massage Services. Currently seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join the team.

Detailed Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Handle payment transactions and manage cash register
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Coordinate with therapists for appointment scheduling
- Provide information about services, promotions, and packages
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Completion of Secondary school required
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge in MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for wellness and interest in the spa industry
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
