Mobile Technical Support Specialist

KTI Utility Services is excited to introduce a new Mobile Technical Support Specialist position responsible for assisting our team in maximizing the efficiency of our mobile workforce management software (MWFM). The Mobile Technical Support Specialist reports to the Director of IT. This role involves supporting field technicians, assisting with hardware setup, and managing software setup, which includes configuring workflows and maintaining basic coding. This position requires effective communication skills, some travel and problem solving.

**What would your day look like as a Mobile Technical Support Specialist** **at KUS?**
- Provide technical support to field technicians using our MWFM software
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of hardware devices linked to our software solutions
- Configure and customize workflows within the MWFM software to suit operational needs
- Maintain and update basic coding within the software
- Collaborate with team member to identify and implement process improvements
- Keep abreast of updates and new features in MWFM software, particularly Clevest/IFS
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical support, IT, or related field
- Knowledge of mobile workforce management software; experience with Clevest or IFS is highly desirable but not required
- Fundamental understanding of scripting or programming, including basic if/else statement, loops, dynamic variables, and basic functions in date manipulation, math and regex
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
