Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a **Service Administrator **to join the team at **Meadowvale Honda**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing BOS for dealer trades.
- Assist, implement and Audit RO's systematic filing.
- Assist with Post-Service Follow up as well as Case Management for better managing customer satisfaction
- Updating Sold Log and various other logs (Must have excellent Excel/PowerPoint knowledge)
- Closing R/O’s if required
- Doing Cheque Requisition

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanour and ability to accurately record messages and information
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Two (2) years experience as a customer service representative, or equivalent
- Administrative Experience preferred
- Dealership experience preferred
