Plazo Construction Corporation is presently accepting resumes for a Bookkeeper/Administrative
Assistant position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for internal financial management of the company.
- Set-up a proper construction accounting system:

- Making sure that project and general overhead costs are accurately tracked through the accounting system.
- Determining whether the individual projects are over
- or underbilled.
- Manage files, invoices, and other paperwork
- Monitor project and company profitability.
- Setting the minimum profit margin for use in bidding.
- Preparing and updating annual cash flow projections for the company

Qualifications:

- Bookkeeping: 3 years experience
- Accounting Degree/Diploma or relevant business Degree/Diploma (preffered)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- QuickBooks Desktop Experience required
- Have good oral & written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have good time management, multitasking and stress management skills.

**Salary**: Salary is negotiable depending on the proven experience and knowledge you can bring to the business.
