**Design and Sales Consultant**

The Design and Sales Consultant designs and sells cabinetry, closets, home offices, garage storage systems, entertainment centers, and other storage solutions. This position includes designing organization systems solutions for our customers, measuring spaces, capturing data, estimating, selling, ordering, and providing excellent customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with our clients to understand their needs
- Design organization solutions for customers utilizing our software program
- Offer effective solutions to clients and exceed their expectations
- Provide customer service in office and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the installation teams and other stakeholders
- Embrace constant learning, creativity and innovation approach

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of cabinetry industry experience in sales and customer service
- Interior design certificate is an advantage
- Proficiency with design software is a plus
- Self-motivated and sales-oriented individual
- Detail-oriented professional and assertive service provider
- Inspiring, communicative, warm and friendly problem solver
- Ability to sell and promote products confidently
- Creative person with a sense of craftsmanship
- Team player with the ability to manage projects and clients of different complexity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and a vehicle

**Additional Information**

Pay: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON K2E 6T6

Expected start date: 2024-09-03
