Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Byward Market team in Ottawa, ON. As a Design Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping clients achieve their design goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding clients through the product selection process, and you'll have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, helping them to identify their design needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, scheduling and attending in-home, virtual, and in-store consultations as needed
  • Use 2D and 3D floor plans and mood boards to create personalized design solutions for clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a retail environment, with a strong track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Proficiency in retail operations and systems, including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for design and customer service
