**Job Title**:Scheduling Coordinator
**Department**:Service, maintenance & construction

**Pay Scale**:$20.00/Hr - $25.00/Hr

**Work Hours**:7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime

**Primary Job Function**:Responsible for independently coordinating all required scheduling and dispatching needs. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsible for coordinating with team members, stakeholders (both internal and external) to achieve project goals. This is an integral role for communicating and coordinating with clients, internal staff and external stakeholders. We are looking to grow our team with a positive person who is eager to learn and thrives in a team environment.

**Reports to**:Project manager/coordinator, owners.
**Works with**:Project coordinator, project manager, bookkeeper, internal and external stakeholders and owners.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Three years of experience in a related field OR
- Ability to work effectively both independently
- Ability to work on tight deadlines. and as part of a team.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability to prioritize work. skills.


**Duties**:

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes and communicating changes to stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Have a thorough understanding of project objectives and goals, ensuring all team members have the resources needed.
- Exerts solid leadership skills and is able to facilitate team communication.
- Liaise with other office staff to handle requests and queries from managers.
- Payroll approvals.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with others.
- Receiving and dispatching orders for service and deliveries.
- Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Monitor the route and status of field techs to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
- Customer handling by answering and direct phone calls required.
- Organize and schedule project and service calls.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
