**Medical Clinic Administrator**

The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the practice. This includes scheduling, billing, and patient registration. The Clinic Administrator will also assist with the daily operations of the office and practice management. The general responsibilities for the position are listed below:

- Manage the front desk of the clinic, welcoming patients and checking them in for their appointments.
- Utilize our clinic management software for booking and scheduling appointments and maintaining confidential electronic medical records
- Answer phone calls from new and existing patients
- Close out the billing of patients following completion of appointment
- Supporting the practitioners (Chiropodists) with their daily workload
- Generation of invoices, letters to insurance companies and completing referrals
- Maintaining inventory of medical supplies, equipment and medications
- Maintain a cleanly office space
- Sterilization of tools using autoclave
- Scanning and faxing of patient information and forms

Training will be provided.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED required; College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a medical setting or customer service preferred.
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with people from all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
