**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**
En tant que **Conseiller(ère) en développement des affaires** chez Apside, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’identification, le développement et la gestion des relations clients pour stimuler la croissance de l’entreprise. Vous vous concentrerez sur la connexion avec des entreprises recherchant des services en dotation en TI, en comprenant leurs besoins et en alignant nos solutions avec leurs objectifs stratégiques.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Identifier et prospecter des clients potentiels et repérer des opportunités de collaboration pour maximiser la croissance.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les décideurs, notamment les DSI (CIO), gestionnaires TI, ainsi que les équipes RH et approvisionnement.
- Engager les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins techniques, leur culture d’entreprise et leurs objectifs commerciaux.
- Développer des solutions sur mesure, adaptées aux exigences des clients, en collaboration avec l’équipe de recrutement.
- Traduire les besoins des clients en informations exploitables, en veillant à ce que les recruteurs identifient les compétences et qualités clés pour les rôles à pourvoir.
- Négocier des contrats et gérer le cycle de vente, de la prospection à la conclusion des accords.
- Surveiller les tendances du marché et fournir des recommandations pour améliorer nos offres de services.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internespour accélérer la conversion des relations en contrats.
**REQUIS**
- Diplôme en administration des affaires, technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée en développement des affaires et en prospection, de préférence dans la dotation en TI, le conseil ou un domaine similaire.
- Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en vente de solutions de dotation en personnel TI.
- Bonne compréhension des services TI et des meilleures pratiques technologiques.
- Orientation résultats, avec une forte capacité à conclure des accords et à atteindre les objectifs.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais.
Expected hours: 40 per week
