POSITION OVERVIEW

CHALLENGES TO BE MET-
- Oversee, monitor and manage the incident/request queue, ensure accuracy of content and status (severity, priority, systems affected, etc.), raise production issues promptly when they arise and enforce procedure for major incidents.- Act as a resource person in the resolution of complex problems or situations and make recommendations to optimize processes while providing quality service.- Prioritize production incidents in order to draw up a list of priorities and target urgent correction needs in the short and medium term.- Plan, coordinate and perform user acceptance testing during CLICS deployments to ensure the effectiveness of the work performed; decide whether or not to move forward with the new CLICS release in production; identify impacts and initiate escalation, if necessary.- Act as a liaison by assisting the publishing team in the creation of their material for CLICS solution deployments.- Design, code, document and debug/test special "on demand" reports.-
- Maintain a network of contacts with the business units and corporate office, keep abreast of best practices and act as a liaison between the client and the IT team to ensure that the needs are understood and that the solutions delivered are optimal.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, or equivalent experience- At least 3 years’ experience in the banking or financial sector- Experience in systems analysis is an asset- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills in both official languages-
- Good knowledge of policies and procedures- Ability to exercise autonomy, initiative and judgment in assessing priorities- Excellent ability to interact with BDC employees at all levels- Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple files simultaneously- Problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure- Demonstrate initiative and creativity- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
