Bookkeeper

As a very young rapidly growing company, we are seeking a bookkeeper with experience to assist with financing to operate between Canadian and the US locations smoothly in the Toronto office. Friendly work environment to help with Financial and Operational.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Report financial results on a regular basis to management.
- Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts.
- Follow Up with Payments from Clients
- Posting bills from vendors and pay vendor invoices.
- Prepare payroll.
- Calculating and filing payroll tax, sales tax, and other business taxes to regulatory agencies periodically. (Preferable to the US agencies)
- Maintaining A/R and A/P aging
- Help with service provides (Banks, Phones, Internet)
**Requirements**:
- Experienced in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and payroll reports.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
