Complete Chiller Solutions is seeking a seasoned **Technical Sales Consultant** to join our growing team. **Here’s What You’ll Get to Do**:

- Implement strategies and tactics to achieve both short and long-term sales objectives
- Focused on strong customer retention and enhancing existing relationships
- Budget, forecast, track, develop, and to improve company profitability
- Maintain complete product and services knowledge and serve as an added value to our customer base to distinguish us from our competitors
- Coordinate sales activities with various departments, including Quotations team, Operations, Marketing, etc. Work collectively with these departments to drive projects and deals through. This may include putting together conference calls, leading all customer-related activity, and holding others accountable for deliverables that impact projects for our customers.

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Role**:

- A previous selling, customer service, and/or business experience in the HVAC market
- Knowledge of HVAC, chillers, and controls
- A college or university degree in a business administration discipline is preferred or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
