Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio and visual equipment for various events and presentations. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure seamless audio and visual experiences for our clients.

**Duties**:

- Set up and install audio and visual equipment such as projectors, microphones, speakers, and video screens
- Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Operate audio and visual equipment during events, ensuring optimal sound and image quality
- Monitor equipment performance during events and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain inventory of audio and visual equipment, ensuring all items are properly stored and accounted for
- Collaborate with event organizers to understand their audio and visual requirements
- Provide technical support to event attendees as needed
- Create and maintain schematics and diagrams for audio and visual setups
- Assist with software troubleshooting for audio and visual systems
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance

Qualifications:

- Strong technical knowledge of audio and visual systems
- Experience with low voltage wiring and telecommunication systems
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting for audio and visual systems
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components
- Familiarity with hand tools used in the installation of audio and visual equipment
- Understanding of electrical principles related to audio and visual systems
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and installation
