In this role you will work closely with internal and external team members to focus on conversion rate optimization, via paid and organic acquisition, and to aim in delivering the most high value consumer insights to drive the largest impact across the organization. You will analyze data from a broad range of marketing activities and translate it into actionable insights, marketing functions, and marketing initiative advancements. This role involves using Wordpress and Hubspot as primary tools to manage most marketing initiatives. It also involves extracting, structuring and analyzing data across multiple databases, evaluating effectiveness of marketing investments, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement across the entire marketing function. This role reports to the founder of the company.

**You will**:

- Identify biggest areas of opportunity from a growth and retention perspective while building out the vital capabilities to properly measure the incremental impact of all tactics and strategies
- Lead meticulous testing function across marketing to ensure experiments/AB tests are designed properly, executed correctly and measured accurately, incorporating analytics best practices and develop a process to create a culture of "test and learn" and after-action in cross collaboration effort with marketing team and Dr.Sbenati
- Develop analytical frameworks to address business opportunities across our customer journey, customer behaviours, lifecycle segments, and service lanes.
- You will continuously look to develop the automated pipelines to perform different stages of the model life cycle (data collection and cleaning, model development and validation, model deployment and scoring, periodic validation and refitting, etc.)

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience of working in marketing analytics and measurement fields, with domain knowledge and familiarity in marketing channels, marketing performance KPIs, marketing advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, other social media platforms), and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads, SEMrush, etc)
- Must have experience analyzing and reporting performance for website, paid and organic channels.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and deliver solutions efficiently
- This is a HYBRID role and must be physically located in London, Ontario

**At a minimum, we're looking for**:

- Proficient in Wordpress and SEO strategies, organic and inorganic strategies, and campaign building using funnels
- 2+ years of experience in analyzing multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions and data-driven insights to business
