We're looking for a Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive the Scintica brand forward, engage our audience, and optimize our marketing efforts.
**Role Overview**:
The Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist is a key role within our marketing team, focused on developing, implementing, and improving our digital marketing efforts across all channels and platforms. This role combines analytical expertise with creative thinking to improve our digital presence and drive the Scintica brand's growth. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business goals into successful marketing campaigns. Our objective is to provide customers with relevant, useful, and timely information, to enhance existing relationships and generate leads.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist performs sales, marketing, and administrative functions and the position supports senior management and other sales & marketing staff.
- **CRM Management**: Own the maintenance and improvement of our CRM system, ensuring accurate segmentation, profiling, and integration with other platforms for an integrated marketing approach.
- Create, update, and maintain customer profiles and lists within CRM
- Integration of CRM system with marketing, finance, and other platforms
- Work closely with the Finance and administration team to ensure data integrity
- Campaign management
- Fulfillment for marketing requests, including personalized mailings
- **Digital Campaigns**: Lead the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including social media, content creation, and performance analytics, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- **Website Optimization**: Collaborate with the web development team to update and create content that aligns with our brand and SEO strategies.
- **Data Analysis**: Use analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with business goals and objectives.
- **Marketing Calendar Maintenance**: Proactively develop and consistently update the marketing calendar and tasks, to ensure it accurately reflects all planned and ongoing activities throughout the year. Providing regular updates and insights to key stakeholders.
- Other tasks as required
**What you will bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Sound understanding of CRM principles and data management.
- Comfortable with databases, data, manipulation, and mining.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a passion for collaboration and innovation.
- Self-driven, independent thinker who is highly motivated with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management.
- Experience or background in life sciences would be considered an asset
- Technical Skills:
- **CRM Systems** (E.g. Zoho, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Insightly, etc.)
- **Website development** (Working knowledge: WordPress & Elementor)
- **Adobe Creative Suite** (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools)
- **Digital marketing tools** (E.g. Canva, RenderForest, Synthesia, etc.)
- **Analytics tools** (E.g. Google Analytics, PPC, Google Search, Looker Studio, etc.)
- **Ecommerce platforms** (E.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- **MS Office**
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
