Position Title: Client Care Coordinator

Reports to: Practice Manager

Hours**:Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm **OR **Monday to Friday 9am-3:30pm**
- This position is a hybrid position of 2-3 days in office with the rest work from home_

We are a team of **awesome sex-positive therapists** who exclusively specialize in sex, sexuality, & relationships, including:

- Sexual functioning issues
- Relational issues and couples
- Ethical non-monogamy & kink
- Gender identity & sexual orientation exploration
- sexual trauma work
- Other sexuality issues such as sexual health, compulsive sexual behaviours, atypical sexual interests, and pretty much anything else around sex
- Trauma-informed and sex-positive care

**We are seeking a client care coordinator with a passion for sexual and mental health to support our administrative team and the day-to-day operations of our business**

- You have experience with Jane App, Clickup, Slack, Mailchimp, Grasshopper, and Google Drive (ideal but not a must have)
- You are a clear communicator and are open to receiving feedback

**OKAY, the nitty gritty Here’s what the duties and responsibilities include**:

- Matching and connecting inquiring clients with services at Allura and externally, including managing waitlists
- Handling billing for client sessions daily, including charging client cards and following up with unpaid invoices weekly
- Supporting clients with administrative, booking, and billing questions and concerns
- Open and close the office on in-office days, ensure office is in clean and stocked, and office organization
- Supporting clinicians with administrative-related questions (i.e., rescheduling clients if counsellor is sick, Slack questions, etc.)
- Interact and handle vendors (i.e., water, phone, etc.)
- Attending regular meetings with Practice Manager
- Other duties as assigned by owner as relevant to client and team care

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
