**Le Conseiller coopératif fait partie d’une équipe multifonctionnelle responsable de développer et de maintenir une relation basée sur la confiance entre Agropur et les producteurs laitiers membres des secteurs qui lui sont assignés. Que ce soit à la ferme ou à distance, le Conseiller coopératif voit à la qualité des services offerts aux membres et représente Agropur auprès du milieu agricole au niveau régional.**:

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- **Organise, coordonne et anime des activités de formations et les réunions d’animateurs, les assemblées régionales ou toutes autres réunions individuelles ou collectives de membres pour les informer sur les activités et sur l’environnement d’affaires d’Agropur;**:

- **Soutiens les membres dans leurs efforts à fournir un lait de qualité**:**Effectue la vigie relative à l’amélioration de la qualité du lait à la ferme découlant des conventions de mise en marché du lait et/ou des politiques mises en place par Agropur;**:

- **Assure le suivi auprès des membres qui connaissent des résultats hors normes au niveau des analyses effectuées sur leur lait, et ce, conformément au protocole d’intervention qualité du lait à la ferme;**:

- **Fournis aux membres les explications nécessaires relatives aux règlements et politiques de la Coopérative. Il recueille et fait compléter les demandes et tout formulaire qu’il transmet au siège social pour considération;**:

- **Informe et encourage les membres à mettre en place les meilleures pratiques en matière de bien-être animal et de développement durable, et ce, conformément aux codes, normes, politiques et autres programmes mis en place par Agropur ou par l’industrie (ex.: proAction);**:

- **Collabore à différents comités ayant pour but d’offrir des services diversifiés et de qualité;**:

- **Demeure à l’affût de tout élément de l’industrie laitière pouvant avoir un impact sur les membres de la Coopérative. ****:
**Ce qu’il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- **Baccalauréat en agronomie, option production animale, végétale, agronomie générale ou agroéconomie;**:

- **Être membre de l’Ordre des Agronomes du Québec ou en voie de le devenir;**:

- ** Connaissance sur l’élevage des bovins laitiers et de l’industrie laitière ;**:

- **Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques, dont la Suite Microsoft Office et facilité d’apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels.**:
