Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Off Grid Trailers (“OGT”) is known for producing premium, four season teardrop camper trailers that are uncompromising in all aspects. OGT’s products are highly differentiated with exceptional designs and impressive off-road capabilities that are highly valued by our discerning customers who are serious outdoor enthusiasts in the overlanding, hunting, fishing, and camping communities. Our direct-to-consumer distribution model spans Canada and the United States.
POSITION Inside Sales Representative
SUMMARY Your internal drive will successfully match with a naturally welcoming demeanor and OGT’s way of servicing our clients to achieve long term, mutually beneficial relationships. We build industry leading products and are excited to grow our team with long term, career orientated sales professionals that will last as long as our trailers. To be successful, our goals and yours must align in becoming a trusted adviser for our clients and to create win-win experiences in all external interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Willing to work the following hours: Monday - Wednesday 7:30 AM to 4 PM; Thursday to Friday 9AM to 6PM; and Saturday 10AM to 4 PM
- Educate and inspire potential clients on the OGT difference;
- Be a brand ambassador;
- Be responsible for completion of daily activity reporting (CRM registrations, prospects and follow ups);
- Be creative, active in prospecting and inspire clients to choose OGT;
- Able to cater to clientele that are highly educated on products within our market and connected to other members of the communities we service;
- Create sales action plans to sell spec inventory and pre-sell units;
- Ensure that our demo/display units are presented professionally when customers visit them;
- Accurately represent feedback received from clients on all aspects of OGT’s business;
- Self-directed research to analyze and remain up to date on competitive information in the market and with respect to OGT’s products;
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales leads; and
- Engage clients remotely and during extended purchase processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education or related experience with off road vehicles, recreational vehicles and related outdoor activities is an asset.
- A proven track record in closing sales
- A drive to be the best and continued drive to engage and follow up with customers through various forms of communication.
- A high degree of organization, detail orientation and time management skills strongly required.
- The ability to learn fast and think on the go.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proven ability to manage astute, well-informed clientele with refined wants.
STRUCTURE Salary, bonus, and benefits (after probationary period)

COMPENSATION $45,000-$60,000 plus incentives and bonuses
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
