Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of movie production? William F. White International Inc. (“WFW”), a Sunbelt Rentals Company, the largest movie equipment rental company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us. With offices across the country, WFW services productions of all sizes from coast to coast and houses an extensive state-of-the-art inventory. Our job is to help bring the magic of storytelling to life, by supporting our clients as their go-to Partners in Production.

To better serve the production industry’s growing ambitions, our Location Equipment Supply team is looking for an experienced and customer service-oriented individual to join us in the role of **Customer Service Representative. **This is a fulltime permanent position located in Burnaby, BC and the general hours of work are Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact between WFW and our customers for long and short format productions.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a second-to-none customer experience at all levels of production.
- Input equipment and expendables orders and generate quotes.
- Coordinate customer pick-ups and returns while adhering to booking policies.
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely preparation of customer packages.
- Review returns applied to inventory management system by Rentals Desk staff to ensure accuracy.

**Education/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on**:

- Minimum 2 years of industry-related & customer service experience, preferred.
- Able to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, etc).
- Knowledge of film industry equipment - lighting, grip, power, cable distribution, dimming/lighting control, and expendables an asset.
- Willing and able to work outside of regular hours when necessary.

**The physical demands of this role **require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
