**McCrae Recruiting** is looking for experienced **B2B Sales Representatives.** If you are a driven Lead Generating Closer with experience in the Steel, Warehousing, or Racking Industry this unique opportunity, with the ability for a hybrid work environment, is for you.

**Job Overview**
- Perform Lead Generation by in-house leads, utilizing your network and cold calling
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing accounts by traveling to work sites and facilities
- Full Cycle Sales
- From Initial Call to Install, you will be there for the customer at each stage
- Able to determine customer/contract needs to recommend the most appropriate solution(s) in a professional and timely manner.
- Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment with other associates who are also a part of our fast-growing team
- Always deliver a strong and positive customer experience.
- Participate in training on product lines to become a resource for our clients
- Weekly reporting on projects and prospects
- Other duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- 10+ years of Direct Sales Experience in the Steel/Warehousing or Racking Industry with proven full-cycle sales - from cold call to install
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with customers.
- Self-motivated, and self-directed in building long sales pipelines
- A drivers license and personal mode of transport as travel is required
- Professional Oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software including TEAMS, Excel, and Outlook
- ERP software and Auto CAD familiarity an asset
- Flexibility to manage various tasks in various stages of completion
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm to drive issue resolution
- Experience in Technical based product sales
