**Who We Are**

A fast growing craft brewery with a long history and well established roots. We are ready to grow, and are looking for the right person to grow with us. Our brewery is located in the east end of the GTA.

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative who is responsible for growing sales and distribution to retail and wholesale clients. This outstanding individual will be able to meet growth targets and support the expansion of the brewery’s client base. The Sales person will represent the brand at events, build sales and marketing opportunities, support account activation, distribution, account management, and build retail engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize your skills in the beverage industry to increase distribution, market share, and achieve revenue targets
- Identify growth areas and implement sales strategy
- Establish new accounts and business development opportunities
- Responsible for servicing existing accounts
- Cultivate strong relationships within the industry and manage day to day customer sales requirements for B2B strategy
- Organize samples, tastings and events
- Attend events, trade shows and work with General Manager to support growth of the brewery
- Responsible for meeting sales targets
- Delivering beer and non alcoholic beverages to wholesale and retail clients
- Comfortable lifting kegs safely

**Requirements**:

- Smart Serve certification required
- Leadership experience in outside sales or relevant industry (beverage/alcohol/CPG) experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about beer, community and educating customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
