The CTO is hiring Communications Managers to support communications for multiple large-scale CTO Programs. The Communications Managers will report to the Senior Manager of Change Communications Delivery, with a dotted line to the Senior Manager of Change Management and work closely with Change Managers and the program team.

As the CTO Communications Manager, you will:

- Own, develop and execute on communication strategies and multiple communications plans and activities for the transformation initiatives supporting both the program and projects level - collaborating with the change management workstream/project at every step
- Design, build and deliver innovative, creative and fit-for-purpose communication tactics and materials, viable solutions and communication channels, ensuring they are well managed, meet business needs, meet diversity, inclusion and accessibility standards, align with business priorities and comply with internal and external requirements. This includes output such as newsletters, posters, videos, infographics, campaigns, events, etc.
- Design, build and manage a central digital space (e.g. on SharePoint/Teams) that will act as an information hub for stakeholders.
- Maintain feedback mechanisms and assess the effectiveness of communications programs/products/practices
- Support the development and delivery of presentations and communications to management or leader audiences
- Act as a team player, build relationships, succeed in a team and work independently
- Convert complex/difficult concepts/information into simple and compelling messages
- Track and review progress and status

**Job Requirements**
- 5+ years as a communications professional with progressive accountability, substantial knowledge and expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas
- Team player who excels at delivering high-quality work under tight timelines while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with a high energy level and proactive approach including strong anticipatory skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop strong business relationships with internal partners and ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable - you are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with Executives and team members, influencing, gaining support and ensuring accountabilities are met within set timelines
- Ability to work autonomously as the lead and guide others within area of expertise
- Experience, skills and technical acumen with communications tools and internal and external media platforms to enable creative mediums and delivery mechanisms for maximum reach
- Advanced facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience and skills with creative tools such as Canva, Visme, PowToon to enable creative mediums and delivery mechanisms for maximum reach. Experience with the Adobe creative suite is an asset. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word) and work enablement tools (e.g. Teams, WebEx, etc.)

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations or equivalent required
- 7+ years relevant experience leading and executing large-scale employee communications strategies
- Experience in Financial Services, supporting Finance and Risk, or AML is an asset
- Change Management and project management experience is an asset (organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing) for high-risk, high-visibility, large-scale projects, transformations and technology implementations
- Strong corporate and/or enterprise organizational awareness is an asset
