Notre équipe Développement des capacités et innovation (DCI) est à la recherche d’une coordonnatrice ou d’un coordonnateur bilingue de l’apprentissage. Êtes-vous à la recherche d’un nouveau défi? Dans le cadre de ce poste, la personne retenue soutiendra le CTIC dans la mise en place, la gestion, le suivi, la coordination et les communications pour les participants aux programmes d’apprentissage du CTIC dans les deux langues officielles. Cette personne collaborera avec les équipes responsables des programmes et rapportera les progrès et le statut des apprenants à la direction du programme. Elle participera également à d’autres activités liées au programme, telles que la collaboration avec des partenaires externes et la sensibilisation, le cas échéant.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Gérer les inscriptions des apprenants dans AWS SkillBuilder (Amazon Web Services) et les plateformes d’apprentissage Coursera et Microsoft.
- Planifier, organiser et réaliser l’accueil des apprenants dans les
- Fournir du soutien administratif et de la documentation en collaboration avec l’équipe.
- Préparer des rapports sur les progrès des apprenants dans les cours sur les deux plateformes.
- Compiler des rapports à partir des deux plateformes afin de les comparer aux rapports Gradebook de Canvas pour chaque apprenant.
- Préparer les documents nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du programme, par exemple:

- rafraîchir le plan du programme selon les cours sélectionnés;
- mettre à jour le calendrier d’accueil;
- créer des

- Veiller à ce que les activités soient menées à bien en temps voulu.
- Offrir du soutien et répondre aux demandes liées aux parcours de formation ou aux plateformes d’apprentissage.
- Collaborer de manière proactive avec le personnel interne pour réaliser les activités du CTIC, transmettre des informations et
des mises à jour, en plus de veiller à obtenir la contribution et le soutien du personnel et d’autres parties prenantes.
- Suivre les progrès réalisés par rapport aux plans, aux objectifs, aux résultats attendus et aux activités spécifiques au programme.
- Exécuter toute autre tâche confiée par la gestion.

**Expérience et connaissances**
- Compter au moins deux ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la formation.
- Avoir déjà utilisé un système de gestion de l’apprentissage (SGA).
- Connaître différents outils et domaines liés à la technologie : AWS, Azure, SQL, réseaux, DevOps, programmation, etc.
- Avoir de l’expérience liée à différents supports pédagogiques, y compris la formation avec instructeur, la formation en ligne, et la formation avec instructeur virtuel.
- Maîtriser les deux langues officielles, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

**Études et aptitudes**
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études postsecondaires ou démontrer une expérience équivalente dans le domaine de la formation, de l’éducation aux adultes ou du perfectionnement professionnel.
- Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office, Google Apps ou d’autres outils de productivité similaires.
- Être à l’aise de communiquer tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit avec des personnes ou de petits groupes, et de s’adresser à des auditoires importants à tous les échelons de l’organisation.
- Faire preuve d’un grand souci du détail lors de la création, de la révision et de la présentation de contenu dans les deux langues officielles.
- Maîtriser les systèmes de TIC, la terminologie liée aux technologies, et posséder des connaissances générales sur l’éducation à la technologie numérique.
- Pouvoir travailler de manière transversale avec différents membres de l’équipe.
- Faire preuve de dynamisme et de discipline; être en mesure d’établir des priorités et de mener à bien les tâches nécessaires, tout en recherchant des possibilités créatives de croissance et de développement organisationnel et personnel.
